  • GENERAL 

SD Series Rotary drill,Its main performance reaches advanced level of its same kind in the world.Its the key parts use world famous products.It can be flexibly operated and has high efficiency,widely used in the construction of tall building,bridge and water conservancy.It include SD10-Άρ,SD10-Άς,SD10-Άσ and SD20.

SD10-Άρ:Simple Type It can drill 40m depth. Use long pipe,the depth could be 45m.

    SD10-Άς:Improved Type with extendable chassis,more high and can drill 50m depth. Use long pipe,the depth could be 55m.

    SD10-Άσ:Deep-hole Type with high-speed Rotary head,infixed drilling tools,available for mud cycling drill.It can be equipped with all kinds of bits,such as roller bits.

    SD Series also can be equipped with air-actuated down-holes.

    chassis:Use custom-built variable chassis,the crawler can be freely stretched,good mobility and stability.Important parts of working device use international famous brands.

    Power:Use Cummins B series,turbo-charged middle cold engine,featuring high efficient and reliable.High efficient turbo charged function improve engine's performance and power.

    Electric control:Use automatic and hand controlled adjusting system.LCD light column display and digital display model,adjusting through key-press or handle,easy operation,adjusting time within 10 seconds,high precision and fast speed,efficiently improve drilling precision and reduce operating strength,improve self-diagnose ability over trouble of the vehicle,greatly reduce expenses on maintenance.

    Hydraulic system:Fully hydraulic driving system,using imported hydraulic components,which ensure stable,reliable and durable.Power end use double motor,can change rotary speed and output torque according to geological conditions.

    Structure:The vehicle is designed rationally.It uses three-section folding mast,which can reduceheight for transport.The middle section mast is strengthened for ensuring durability,firmness and lash-resistance.

    Drill rod and drill end:Damping type drill rod and automatic machinelock stretching drill rod for choice,also short spiral drill end,common drill end or sand-grab drill end,and so on.
